Welcome to the bougie hair summer camp of your dreams. Lucky Arrow Retreat has beautiful cabin suites. They have 2 beds and will have 4 retreaters in each room. Each bed will be shared with two retreaters. The shared cabin ticket is a shared bed ticket. You can choose who you want to bunk with or choose for us to pair you with your new hair love bestie!

One of our fav things about Hair Love Retreat is the food (it’s pretty amazing)

Healthy Catered Meals three times a day. Some meals included alcoholic beverages or other drinks. Party nights + drink tickets included. Plenty of additional drinks/snacks will be available.

There will be vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have extreme needs or allergies please contact us after you purchase your ticket and we will make sure we have you taken care of! [email protected]

MAGICAL STAY

Your ticket includes 4 nights and 5 days. You will check in on September 29th anytime after 4pm and check out around noon on October 3rd.

Hair Love Retreat 2020 is being held at beautiful outdoor venue called Lucky Arrow Retreat. Bringing you a luxury summer camp experience.

You will be staying in a yurt or cabin depending on the ticket you choose. All accommodations are shared, think bougie summer camp vibes. Hair Love is all about the community. You will leave with a sisterhood.

WELLNESS & ADVENTURE

Wellness, adventure and fitness are one of the highlights of the Retreat. There will be yoga classes, HIIT Workouts, sound healing & guided meditation experiences.

On our adventure day we will offer a range of creative experiences that may range from painting, wine tasting, women's circles, outdoor games, pool time and outdoor adventure scavenger hunts.

The final options will be announced closer to the retreat but this gives you an idea of the kind of experiences you can expect at camp.

Alright...I love talking about all the magic things but now it's time for the legal stuff.

Your ticket is neither non refundable or transferrable to another event.

In case of an emergency you may sell your retreat to this exact same retreat or gift to another person to attend.

If you are unable or unwilling to do either or those and you choose to not attend for any reason, you will not be given a refund or transfer credit.

Due to the nature of events we cannot offer exceptions.

In case of any unforeseen Covid-19 or pandemic issue where the event is illegal to host. We will reschedule the date. The same purchasing policies apply.

By purchasing your ticket you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale related to the Hair Love Retreat, LLC scheduled for 2022 (“The Retreat”). At the time of signing up for The Retreat, you agree to pay the full balance of AMOUNT in monthly installments based on your payment plan.

If The Retreat is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons outside of our control, whether to due COVID-19, or for other reasons, we will provide you with a transfer credit to be used for the scheduled same future event hosted by us within 2022 or 2023.

This retreat may change locations or dates if that is the case. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled date/location you are forfeiting your ticket.

While we will not impose any unnecessary restrictions, due to the nature of travel in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel, airline and/or other vendors involved in The Retreat may require pre screening methods from you, including but not limited to COVID-19 tests, mask mandates, social distancing guidelines, and other reasonable health and safety precautions.

Therefore, by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you will comply with certain safety requirements that may be necessary to participate in The Retreat.
